I found Elite Water and Air through Angi. Mike the owner got in touch with me right away within an hour or two of me requesting information. Erika came in and tested our water and educated us about the whole water system -how it works and why we need a water system. We talked to a few other vendors but ultimately we decided to go with Elite as we think they are able to best address our needs. Their installer Ben and Frankie was awesome as well, they were super nice and took time to explain everything to me in terms of how ilthe system works and maintenance. Two thumbs up for Elite!

“Elite” isn’t just a name, for this company it’s an ethos that holds them to a higher standard. At every step along the way I was completely impressed with the commitment to expedient customer service, depth of knowledge and professionalism. After reaching out on HomeAdvisor, I received a call back from the owner, Mike, within seconds. He had the answers to all of my questions and was able to send send a highly knowledgeable rep, Erika, to my house that day to perform a water analysis and walk me through my options. Erika was on time, prepared and again able to answer all of my difficult questions. It was an easy decision to hire them to install a water softening and RO system in my house and that too was a an “elite” experience. Their plumber, Josh, was at my house the next day - on time and prepared. He was courteous, explained in depth how everything worked and provided one of the cleanest installs I’ve seen. After he was done the owner, Mike, even reached out to me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with everything. Within 24 hours of my initial inquiry, I had a fully operational whole house water treatment system and let me tell you I’m never looking back. The RO water tastes amazing, the shower leaves your hair and skin feeling silky and it’s like I’ve never tasted coffee before! I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know, and you will too.

After a previous plumber told me our water softener system was shot, needed to be replaced and quoted $3,500 to install a new one, I contacted Elite Water & Air for a quote. Mike came out today, checked out the system and discovered it had been programmed for filter only! So he corrected the programing and now we finally have soft water! We're so happy with their great service and honesty, we're hiring them to install a water purifier, and considering a reverse osmosis system as well! Thank you Mike for all your help ?

A very professional organization from start to finish. Erica is superb in her demonstration / analysis and effectiveness of the existing water system. She flat out knows her stuff as a chemist. Mike was excellent to work with, as was Josh who installed the new system . Josh is absolutely great! Followed up the next day to make sure everything was all right and that I was satisfied. Very thorough, very competent, honest. Start to finish was less than 24 hours, amazing! Iâ m very pleased and highly recommend Elite Water.

He just subs out everything as far as I can see, not sure I got the best water softener for my house. The subcontractor did fine!

Michael was very receptive to my needs and I trusted his company the most! I did speak with a few other companies advertising much lower costs but what ended up happening is that they had many hidden fees which brought the price right up to where Michael had initially quoted me. His price was straightforward, truthful, and had no hidden costs. His service was excellent and the work he completed was really good. He did what he said he was going to do and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. He was very neat on the job, cleaned up after himself well, and actually left the space cleaner than it was prior to the installation. He followed all safety protocols, and I am a very satisfied customer. I was really impressed with their company!
