Sean contacted me promptly after I submitted SM request. He is a very down to earth guy and is focused on getting the job done most practically (he gave me initial quote on the phone and then also checked, if I truly needed a new thermostat, so that not to charge me unnecessary costs). I obtained quotes from several highly rated contractors in the area, but Sean's proposal was hands-down most economical for a high-quality Carrier furnace. The job was performed as scheduled, duct work was careful, and so far the heat is still on :) Definitely recommend!

The request was made through Service Magic - Sean was either the first or second contractor to scope out what was needed. He was one of few who actually gave a written quote with three options without being called back to request it. His quote was very detailed. After checking with all other contractors his quote was by far the best after includiing the rebates. He showed up when promised and completed the job when promised. He let us use his air conditioner during the time he was installing the new unit - it was very hot in the house at the temps were over 95 for about 4-5 days. He and his team were very professional and did a great job!

I would rate Sean and his crew as excellent. From the estimate to the completion of the job I had the feeling of complete confidence that things were being done correctly. Not only did they install the central air with a minimum of disruption to my home, they were fastidious, insuring that they left the house as clean as they found it.
