Communication was really slow. Arrived to my home on time but without a ladder or any tools.

"I never received a response from the homeowner after giving him options via text message. He also was not at the residence during my first visit, his renter was. So I do not know how he would know if I had tools or a ladder with me. Which I did. His tenant offered his ladder to use, so I used it, and I didn't take any of my tools out if my vehicle because my visit was not to repair anything, but to evaluate. I didn't charge him a dime for driving all the way from Oceanview to the outskirts of Chesapeake just to look at a mysterious leak, and I should have. I don't appreciate losing my five-star rating because of a client that chose to not work with us."

At first I was worried, as we had a miscommunication regarding work time, however the owner/operator made sure to adjust and come when convenient for me. He was extremely courteous, professional, and did a GREAT JOB, even though the removal of the old unit was unique and harder than most dishwashers. He also took the old unit outside for me to where it need be placed. His pricing was EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE. I will hire him again for future jobs.

Detailed invoice. Gave several dates for job availability. Asked for pictures to match work. If running late, called to let us know ahead of time. Second handrail installed in timely fashion. Extra railing & brackets matched almost perfectly to original. Great craftsmanship. Even tightened up our other stair railing.
