"The client was very satisfied with the job we had done. The deal we set in place was a once a month mow with gradually working on her yard and shaping it up. She agreed to the terms and inspected the job before we left. She also was told what would be done differently next mow. Laster Bros was willing to help the client even in her financially strapped situation. Went out to do client's yard on 07/26/17 and it was mowed but was in terrible shape. Client never called to cancel monthly mowing."
