Harold was incredibly professional and his team was quick and efficient. Update: 04/05/2022 Initially I was happy with their work until one of his contractors shattered a back window, he told me would fix the widow and it has been 6 months and the window has not been fixed.

We used LI for new landscaping around our new in ground pool, fire pit and outdoor cabana. Harold and his team not only met, but exceeded my expectations. From the prompt design review, through the thorough communication, to the "hands on approach" his project managers took on the job, the overall experience was fantastic. I have very high standards and I am very detailed oriented person (border line OCD). And Harold and his team We're meticulous installing new trees, river rocks, plantings, landscape lights, sod and much more. Even through the cold weather, the guys worked their hardest. And at the end, it's nice to have the owner of the company (Harold) come out and make sure very detail was exactly perfect. I wish all the contractors I ever hired were as good as these guys are. I would highly recommend these guys for any landscaping needs.

The representatives and crew were very professional throughout the process. We had a number of good discussions about various ideas for the project. Harold and Larry were always accommodating to our desires and up front about what the costs of each option would be. Work was performed promptly and the results were as promised. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

We wanted to redo our front yard and use about half of what we had and tear out the other half, replace it, expand the beds and some sprinkler repairs. From start to finish they exceeded all my expectations. Clear communication, oversight and followthrough were just some of the things that impressed me. I'm a very OCD person and 'particular' about how I envision things being done. The final product was top notch and they even followed up after everything was completed, just to make sure there wasn't anything else that needed to be done. The price was fair and for the quality of the final product, you would be hard-pressed to find a better company.

Harold did a great job. Everything he promised, he did. He made several recommendations to the plans we had, which we used. He regularly checked on the progress of the job. He personally placed where to plant all the plants. He reviewed all the work with us prior to final payment to make sure we were pleased and happy with the work.

I'm already scheduling my next services with these guy! 1st of all I gotten plenty of quotes from other companies and lasting impression gave me the best 1. Also I research how the job should be done and when I asked lasting impression how they do it, it was right on point. Other companies cut every corner possible and didn't use the right material. Basically what I'm saying is you are STUPID if you don't let lasting impression do your job! 100%

Absolutely beautiful! Exceeded my expectations! Harold and his team created a one of a kind stone edging surrounding an amazing landscaped flower bed. Our project was a complete transformation of our entire front yard. Customer service was great as Harold and his team did everything necessary to make sure we were completely happy with our results! Every detail to create a beautiful and functional landscape was considered. We will enjoy our amazing front yard for years to come!!

When I met with the owner to discuss our project, I was impressed. He understood what we wanted and he was very nice. Upon install, we expressed to the workers that they brought the wrong grass. They assured us it was. The owner came out, a week later, agreed that it was wrong. He said he would replace it. It's been a month, but still no grass. During this month, we also have found four cuts in our irrigation lines and one of our stations was disconnected. Therefore, we have had several things die. After several attempts to contact the owner, we have either been ignored or put off.

"This customer was very kind and loved our work. I have emails from her explaining how nice eveything looked and how happy she was. Her husband on the other hand was extremely distasteful, the second I met him he degraded his wife calling her a provocative name in front of me. He was very aggressive and disgusting but seemed to be happy with everything we did until about three months later. He is the kind of person you should not work for but we try to help everyone. I had originally hired someone else to do my job. My mistake.Tree trimming, removing dead brush, leaves removal, mowing, trimming , replacing dead bushes, replacing ALL of my yard with sod and sprinkler repair. The original company that came out was late everyday, not professional and did a terrible job. The owner of lasting impressions Harold showed up to save the day. He repaired everything the previous company had ruined and did all that asked and more.I can not say how much I recommend this company for ALL of your Landscapping needs. They treat customers like family. The best ever!!!

Terrible workmanship and poor quality. Overspray on the house and doors. Stamped concrete looks like my 4 year olds work. Broken flagstones never fixed. Don't waste your time or money.

"We tried very professionally to make things right with this customer. The day after we completed the project he was very happy and paid the final balanced owed. He was completely remodeling the inside and outside of his home which included painting the entire outside of his home. He did have a little overspray from the concrete stain we applied. He even said himself that it didn't matter because he was painting the entire outside of his home, we did acid wash the brick, sliding glass doors and foundation. He did have one flagstone stepper that cracked and we replaced it with a new one. We try hard to satisfy everyone..."
