Lathe plumbing came to flush the tank they said there is no need to flush the tank and the issue is with the float and replaced the float. After a few hours the original problem started again, I called them and left a message for the last one week there is no response from them,. Terrible mistake of going with them.

Shane and Tanner we're awesome. They offered and delivered excellent 5 star service and I will use them again. They were: On time for appointment. Went above the call of duty. We're caring and kind. We're hard workers. We're personable about my septic tank pumping and performed and delivered excellent service. They educated me on my septic tank pumping and pumped my septic tank out. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Tanner and Shane came a little earlier than the appointment. Told me exactly what they were doing and and had to do a couple things to bring the heater up to code! They took time to answer questions I had and showed me how to operate and went over the warranty with me! Friendly guys working in the cold weather and I appreciate everything they did they , cleaned up and the job they did was awesome I will be using them on any pluming needsI have , thank you Lathe plumbing

Lathe Plumbing is the best. Working with Tanner and Shane was a great experience. Work is great, very responsive, explained everything and answered questions as I had them. Prices were very reasonable. Loved them so much that I hired them to do my Kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel. Definitely have been referring them out to friends and family.

This company here was so Awesome! They was so knowledgeable of what was going kept in communication with me. I never give reviews but the company work speaks High Volume. Had my sewer replaced and water line. Came out the same day to do work he knew it was going be raining next few days. It made feel that really truly cares. I will Highly recommend this company start to finish the was Great. And also Honest with me about what really going on. I Appreciate them.

They came an mentioned that the problem was fixed. But during their work (excavation) they broke several irrigation lines. Right now all I want is for them to come and fix it. I need your help!!!! Need to explain better the extend of the services and potential cost for unknown conditions when doing an excavation. All should be in writing. The cost of the repair of the damage they cost to my irrigation system will be as high is the actually work they did. That is really not acceptable.

"In response to this review from the owner of Lathe Plumbing when I go out or my people to give estimates and there are irrigation systems the first things that we say are. we cannot see in the ground we cannot know where wires and pipes run to irrigation and if we do break them it is up to the customer to have their irrigation specialist repair them that is not something that we do because of the wiring situation we always leave the pipe uncovered so that they can be repaired by a specialist. It is never any of our or my intent to destroy our customer systems but upfront talking points, in the beginning, have to be understood. If that is not some."

Stan was on time and tried several things to avoid replacing my sewer line. He was on time, brought a crew and replaced the line. They stayed to hammer out issues resulting from some plumbing mistakes the remodelers made. I would highly recommend Lathe as honest and trustworthy plumbers. I will use them ghe next time I have a problem.

They were very quick to respond and schedule an appointment. The work was completed in a very professional manner. Stan worked with us to determine what we wanted and the best way to approach the job. There were a couple of problems due to the age of the plumbing to be replaced. But he resolved those quickly and professionally. Price was very reasonable. Would absolutely call Lathe Plumbing again.
