Rainer and his crew did a great job on our house. They had lots of prep work and the quality of the finished job shows it. They did what they said they would do and the house looks great Thanks Rainier.

Latin Enterprise was very willing to please!! The house looked fantastic when completed, a 66 year old house with modern colors. Ranier thought that he noticed some blemish in the paint after finished, while driving by and called to come repair it. It turns out it was a knot in the siding and nothing was wrong. How many service people would do that? Thanks for a great job!

Latin Enterprises is an amazing minority owned business lead by Rainier and his capable crew of painters. The team painted our home with an incredible eye for detail more discriminating then even my own which is saying something. They went above and beyond the quoted work and adapted quickly around our schedule. Great company to use when you need paint and wood repair on your home. Strongly recommend!

Mr. Rainer lead his team did excellent, fine paintwork; it is a fantastically job well done. I have a high 3 levels house on a hill site, very difficult to paint, they finished the work in 3 days in a professional manner, including 2 coats of paint, trim and stucco paintwork. This is the best paint company; I highly recommend them

Very good paint work with quality paint and done in most timely manner. Crew came exactly as scheduled, worked late every day and came Saturday to finish painting as they said before starting. They were very responsive to concerns and Rainer personally followed up checking quality of work. The company paint work and service is a great value and was pleasure doing business with.

Ranier's team did a fantastic job and we were very picky. We are extremely pleased with the results, quality of materials and overall quality of work provided. He personally followed up afterwards to insure everything was perfect and we highly recommend them. They finished in 3 days and we have a large 3 level home with tight side access... Great Painters!

This Company is the Best of the Best. Ranier and his crew paid attention to every detail in painting and response to my need to get the job done in the most timely manner. Ranier and his crew take the greatest pride in the quality of workmanship. They spent two days prepping my house which has steeply pitched roof segments. They applied at least 2 coats of paint. Their trim work was amazing. They did not remove door knobs, etc., but it looks like they did! Their price was extremely fair. I chose the highest of 4 grades of paint he offered. When you boil it down to manpower, hours and materials, this Company is a great value.

We were shocked that he told us that we had to pay in cash. When we said that we were willing to pay by check he charged us 10% more. There was no discussion about different payment methods on the written estimate that we were given. The owner was not up front with us about paying a different amount depending on the method that was being used to pay for the project. We have a few concerns about how they did certain portions of the job. When we spoke up about these concerns we were told that it was covered by a 2 year warranty.

It was a pleasure working with Ranier and his crew to clean and stain the exterior of our large log home and recording studio. Ranier was responsive and communicated with me very well, managed his team well, and worked out some problems with me in a professional and pleasant manner. Highly recommended.

Repainted large stucco house, trim and window frames. Several small areas of stucco needed repair, which was done expertly. Excellent work overall. Painters were polite, efficient, and showed attention to detail, including cleanup.

The workers were very polite and nice. They worked very hard and could finish painting entire house within 2 days.
