I reached out directly after receiving the HA referral. Scheduled onsite estimate next day and window was repaired within 20 minutes. $150 for 1 window pane. Pricey I feel but glad it was done so quickly. They offer 2 years warranty and have a mobile Square app

Roberto and JR were pleasant and professional. Their work was quick, and they left me nothing to clean up when they repaired my broken glass window. I was on a tight schedule and they were able to accommodate me by completing my project on time. Prices are very reasonable. I am very satisfied and plan to hire them for future projects.

We wanted to make the windows truly air tight and these guys did it. No one else seem to be able to do it properly but they figured it out. Total RELIABLE, inexpensive and great communicators. Highly recommended.

Latin Glass is an extremely professional operation in every respect. Served me on a Sunday, excellent and efficient work, great communication charged me for Sunday work in line with what our building's normal window repair contractors would charge during the week! On Saturday afternoon May 20 one of the windows in our apartment malfunctioned, and was stuck wide open. Living in a building more than 100 years old, this is a fairly regular occurrence. The superintendent and I went through all the steps. No luck. The building has three window companies it normally recommends. Not one of them answered a call on a Saturday. That is when I turned to Home Advisor and found Latin Glass. They called me back when I was still on the phone with the Home Advisor rep (who was also excellent by the way). To underscore, that is an immediate call back. After a quick discussion, Guillermo said that it was too late in the day today, but he would send his co-worker after church. Church was the only consideration that barred a Sunday trip. The reason this was so important is on Monday May 22 was forecast (and indeed it turned out to be a rainy day). Would highly recommend Latin Glass! Thanks, Guillermo and Robert.

Very respectful

Lack of professionalism and lack of follow through. Discussed the project with the owner and assured me that the project would be no problem. The scheduled date and time came and they didn't come. Called and I was told I was not on the schedule that the person that had the list wasn't there. That they could come later. Not good considering that when I first called left voice mail on the office and mobile. It wasn't until I wrote an email that I received an answer. I am still waiting for an answer to my second email, it has been three days. Update: After several phones calls and emails, we were finally able to communicate and set up a time for measuring and get the work done. They are great guys, once you get them. Once they are on the job, they did a great job, the price was great. They are attentive, respectful, and professional and they provide great service. I give them only 3 stars on customer service due to the delays in getting back, and not communicating what was occurring and what was the plan. Otherwise, really, no issue.
