They did a good job and cleaning team was very nice and professional, but ultimately I didn't get the "deep" clean I paid for. They did not do windows or bed linens, and some corners of floors, and cabinets that were supposed to be wiped down, etc were missed altogether. I was also surprised that they did not have an adequate vacuum, so I had to offer mine (which isn't a top-of-line one at all).

I was pleased with their professional attitude and exacting cleaning. My house requires 3-4 hours and I got a minimum of 4 for the initial cleaning (no extra charge).

The ladies are kind and polite. They take thier time in cleaning my home. And when Their done. I feel like I am in a new home again.
