Tree Removal
We asked to have two palm trees removed. He told us he could pull the entire trees out, would replant with two new palms and also plant a crepe myrtle in front. We cancelled with Emerald Isle (stupid us, they were wonderful to work with) and agreed to have Druse, Chris do the job. He scheduled it for June 22. Not only did he not show, he continues to ignore our calls and emails. Now we are back to square one and will need to wait at least a month to find someone new. How in the world is this guy in business. In researching I have found many reviews that repeat the same thing. He ignores calls, emails and fails to turn up at scheduled times. This is more than just poor business practice. It is ignorant. This is the way he chooses to treat customers. How in the world would a responsible business man choose to act this way? It's a pattern I now see. Incredible.
