SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH HER!!!!!! Paid her in advance what we had agreed upon and she immediately asked for more money! Gave me a whole sob story. Sorry hun your bills are not my problem. REFUSED TO SEND MY MONEY BACK when I decided to not work with her. Total SCAM!!!!

Lauren arrived on time but was poorly groomed. Seemed to need direction on how to perform basic tasks. Asked for baseboards to be wiped down and Chandlers dusted/wiped down. I thought that those things would be standard home cleaning tasks but she said it would be extra. People just dont want to work for their pay nowadays. So disappointing.

Lauren was very attentive to my needs. Came out and ndid a frew quote for me. Wanted to work with my budget and we came to an agreement. I felt Lauren cared more about my happiness than looking at this like a moneu opportunity.. she truly cares about tjr happiness of her clients. Usually with other cleaners ive hired they charge u extra for little things lile cieling fans etc. Lauren wanted to make sure i got the price i wanted so this would be a relaxing enjoyable experience not one that's stressful and hard on my wallet. Lauren kept me updated and sent before and after pictures and stressed the importance of when i got home if i wasn't happy or if she missed anything she would fix it. Which wasnt necessary. Im very pleased with the amount of effort and care.
