The response from Laurenâ  s Dad was very quick. My repair was completed within 24 hours. Due to the extreme heat we are experiencing, the repair had to be done very early in the morning to protect my roof as well as Mr. Jun. He was also concerned about making noise and bothering my neighbors at that early hour. Mr. Jun was very professional.

Jun surpassed our expectations and provided excellent service! We didn't really know what our job would require, as relatively new homeowners, and he walked me through our options and helped me make a short-term and long-term plan. (Short term: fill in holes and replace shutters; long term: someday replace our siding.) Jun's professionalism and follow-through really impressed me. I was expecting that it might take weeks to get on his schedule and get the right materials, but he busted it all out in two days, including making lots of calls to get the exact right shutters for us and then driving a good ways to get them. He also climbed up on the roof to remove our satellite dish for a marginal amount more. I would definitely highly recommend Lauren's Dad to anyone! Thank you!
