He quoted a price I ok'd the work when he was done he increased the price by $50 and refused to honor his quote and the work hasn't worked

"We do apologize if you feel that way but all of our clients have to pay for there material either up front or after the work has been completed, and also if your are not please with the job you can always call us back a couple of days later and we come out and get it fix free of charge that is our guarantee.
