Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Very orofessional and friendlyl. More importantly, they showed up. I had called another company and they told me they were backed up from the flood, but would call me and schedule a time. After four days with no call, I contacted Lavalla at 6:00 in the morning and they came that afternoon. Since the crewa were busy doing large flood related jobs, the owner came out and did my small job for me. Cost was $115 less than estimate from 1st company I called. I will be using Lavalla Environmental to clean the ducts at my new house.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
He was punctual and on time when conducting the air test, but he has failed to follow through with the written assessment; it's been two weeks and I still do not have the suggested protocol as promised;

"I am sorry if you were not pleased with the results, however the test was to determine mold, mold spores and dust mites, pet dander and others allergies. Cigarette smoke smells and odors due to cigarettes can not be determined by lab testing although I wrote a suggested protocol to clean the air ducts and coils in the HVAC to remove odors."

My ducts and vents look !00% better and they even changed out the old vent covers with the new ones I purchased. My only problem was they didn't clean up floors very well in areas where they worked and we were not given a receipt for payment, but was told one would be emailed to us. But overall did a great job and I will definitely use their services again. .

It is normal for a little debris to work it's way out of the system as the brush as vacuuming can stir up the ducts. I did email your husband a receipt. Todd LaValla responded immediately during a time when the big names in disaster recovery, had no idea when they might call someone back. Todd was very forthcoming with all of his credentials, licenses and certifications which gave us great peace of mind during a very stressful time. Todd and his crew were excellent in every respect, including a sincere concern for the welfare of our family. They went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were addressed immediately. I hired Todd Lavalla to come and spray my home for mold remediation after my house flooded on August 13th. His guys showed up and looked very unprofessional. like he hired some guys ofF the street. they did the job and i paid them with a personal check. Todd told me he would email my mold certificate via email which he did after i kept sending texts after texts i also called and told his office clerk that he had not sent it. I was promised the original copy which he said he would hand deliver to me i have text and called for my copy and he kept telling me today i am coming so he has yet to show up it has been 5 days and every day he says i am coming. please do not do business with this man he is very very dishonest and not trust worthy. "Dear Mr. Omar, You contacted me the day after a natural disaster. I employee 8 people and we could only do so much to help our clients. My guys were gutting houses and changing clothes 3 times a day to not smell like swamp water. We had no choice to not have uniforms at all times. I asked all my clients to work with me as traffic was horrible and we were working in a 40 mile radius. I emailed the paperwork so clients could have it until I could deliver the hard copy. Your certificate was dropped off at your place of employment as you requested. Do not hire this company, I'm at 2 months of still waiting for my 3 day results to come back and I've called multiple times to check in on the progress and get the run around of the person being busy or not around their office to give me my results, in the mean time my family is sick and I had to hire someone else, incompetent people..

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
He did an excellent job at a fair price; only complaint is that he was 2 hours late. Was scheduled to be at our home for 8 am, we called him at 8:30, he said he would be here in 30 min., called him again at 9:15, he said he was on his way, he arrived at 10 am, which, again, was 2 hrs late, & we had to call him re: status of his lateness, he never called us. But we would recommend him, & we will use him again in the future, as he did do an excellent job & at a fair price.
