Dayanara (lavish homes) and Moises (JA electric) were hired to together to remodel our home in reading mass. It has been a horrific experience. They were going to install hardwood floors, refinish existing hardwood floors, paint the house, and do a large amount of electricity. They hired a flooring contractor who had no idea what he was doing, he damaged the floors, the home, and we needed to hire a new contractor to redo everything! Dayanara absolutely screwed us on every step of the job. She also tried to stain and finish the floor herself, and did a laughable job because she refused to hire true professionals. I sent her pictures of her subcontractor vehicle that had open Coronas in the middle console, she apologized profusely but refused to push forward and hire a new contractor to finish the job that they signed the contract on. Instead, they started to scramble and find ways for us to pay for the rest of the job on our own, including paying contractors that they had not paid! Moises did not finish the electrical he was supposed to and he massively screwed up electrical work with a number of fixtures not working at all. The entire thing was a mismanaged unprofessional disaster, and we will be taking them to court. Do not hire them. They are liars and unprofessional and will turn to home into a disaster and take your money and expect you to fix the mess they leave behind. I have contracts, pictures, documented text messages, recordings of Dayanara and Moisez, documented messages and recordings from their subcontractors, everything we will need for our lawsuit. If you have been screwed by them, or if you are thinking about hiring them call my cell phone. I would be happy to include anyone else information in our suit because I will be asking the state to remove their licenses. Why am I writing all of this here? Because they have burned their cell phones and have gone completely dark. If you want me to remove this, call me.

Everything was great and everything was on time!

Moises was extremely professional, very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk with and answered any and all questions I did ask. He is surely an asset to the electric company he works for and represents.

Small job and took a little while to get to the house, but knocked it out quick and was very polite upon arrival.

They absolutely were looking out for our best interest. They tried consistently until the problem as solved. They checked and rechecked everything to make sure everything was to full power.

They came quickly, were very efficient getting the work done all for a very reasonable price.

honestly, if you want an electrician who is prompt returning your call and takes the time to explain things, this is the company! I would also like to say that he is just the nicest person!

Superior work, but what really made them a pleasure to work with is that they were personable, and the communication was awesome. Did the work on time, would definetly hire them again.

Moises was great to work with. He replaced electrical switches and installed a light fixture for us. He was communicative over the phone and accommodated some last-minute additions to our project.

Moises got in touch fast and was easy to stay in contact with. Job was scheduled fast to fit my schedule and budget, and work looks great. Already rec'd Moises and his crew to my father.

The entire experience was extremely professional that had a strong personal touch with customer service. Fantastic communication and summary of what the job entailed step by step from planning to execution of the service to immediate follow up to see if the job was completed to our expectations. I will definitely hire them again and have referred them to others already

Moses and his helpers were very professional and knowledgeable. Moses was more than willing to answer any questions i had and to explain everything to me. They were honest and worked to fix or replace only what was necessary and to not do things that were not needed. They were a pleasure to work with and stayed until everything was finished. I would recommend them to anyone
