Ben and his crew did a great job for me. The project started out as a simple finish what I didn't. They matched texture on my ceiling where I had left off, painted it and trimmed out my windows. I was so impressed, I had them complete the kitchen with tile, a backsplash and the island. They filled in the sunken family room with concrete to level out the great room, tiled, removed popcorn ceiling and textured and painted to match. Additionally they covered a steel beam and support posts with wood to match the rest of the house. The team moved on to repair an old addition on the exterior, replace the old French doors with glass sliding doors and paint and tile the addition. The masterpiece was the mudroom where Ben used barn wood to create a feature wall and hung the old sunroom french door as the mudroom door. They also poured two slabs, both of which were done with precision and detail. Ben was wonderful to work with and personally supervised all of his workers. I highly recommend Lawler Contracting Services.

These guys are great! We used Lawler Contracting for our business remodel and room additions. Let me tell you that we had an extreme time crunch to get this done and moved in. Ben pulled the permits and coordinated all of the jobs to get done (construction, sheet rock, stone work, tile, paint, etc..). They knocked it out of the park!! It looks amazing!! Not sure about the value for my money, because I've never had hard wood floors refinished, but they seemed "in the ball park". They got the job done for me when they knew that I was pressed for time and I really appreciated that. Ben kept to his time schedule and the crew did a great job.

***Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with!*** I've used Lawler Contracting on just about everything a house could ever need (new roof, refinishing hardwood floors, upgrading outdated electrical, plumbing, masonry work). Regardless of what it was I needed them for, I knew the job would be done in a professional and timely manner.
