Have not gotten our job done yet disappointed in their scheduling it is like they're avoiding getting our business when I mention finding someone else they have the nerve to tell us they're going to charge a 20% cancelation fee!! This is not good business practice especially since we want to get our job done and they cannot be straightforward and get us scheduled.

"Mrs. Hodder, I told you that you would be scheduled 3 weeks from estimate? We are not currently 3 weeks from estimate. Also, we had you scheduled and had to postpone due to an equipment failure. Now your scheduled for Tuesday, but here is a 1 star review? We kept in contact and everything has been timely? You tried to cancel after signing a contract. It was scheduled and you were trying to lie to cancel without charge. Now this unfair review? We will elect at this particular time to not do business with you as I do not see a strong probability of pleasing you. Your cancellation will be free of charge. Best of luck to you!"

Four months after the deadline date had been set and still, the job was only halfway finished. We specifically said we wanted him working the job, not subbing it out. He never pounded a single nail and said that by riding by he was checking the job. No refuse containers were brought to the job and finally, when we complained about the mess (I wish I could attach photos), he told us to **get f-ed**. In the fourth month, when, again, no one showed up to work on a perfect weather day, I called to complain and he called me an **f****g miserable b***h** and told me to watch my back. That is when I called the police to report the threat. We ended up having to hire a lawyer to protect us against Chris Laneve. This experience was a nightmare.

"First things first, this is posted 2 years after a contract. While this process was ongoing, my wife was terminally ill in the hospital. This job was signed in November and scheduled for the spring. I told them we could get started in December but weather would hinder production. They were fine with a spring completion. I received a letter from the ladies lawyer in February. This was a cease and desist order. It also stated that there would be no further action from either party. However, since then, she has attempted to slander my business any way possible. The employees on site were employed and paid payroll through my business. They violat"

Removed a large dead ash with a broken 8 inch branch precariously situated above my shed. Chis and his crew used ingenuity and skill to SAFELY remove this branch which, if it hit my shed, would have destroyed it. Pride in workmanship would sum it up. I enjoyed watching them as much as they enjoyed the challenge.

Chris and his crew were great all around.. from their customer service to the pride they take in their work... they're meticulous at trimming and pruning and with cleanup... The only way I knew they came was that the trees looked so good. Chris called often to give a status update too...so happy I found them on Home Advisors I'll be using Lawn 2 Lanai again!! chris and his crew were great. took care of a limb over utility lines and a few others in my backyard. Quote was the best out of several different providers. Clean up was amazing considering the terrain. Quality workmanship and a trustworthy business owner. highly recommend.

Called Lawn 2 Lanai at 8:30 am for a foot diameter tree that fell across my driveway. They were there at 1:30. cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommend their services for tree service.

I would highly recommend Lawn 2 Lania. I hired them to remove 4 HUGE trees on my property this summer. These trees were in a difficult position for removal and they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. My mom also used them on her property and was very pleased.
