Lawn Care And Deck Repair

I hired them to rebuild my deck stairs and restain my deck. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of their deck services because I had the same issues. Thad is very responsive and arrives on time. He does not give written estimates, just a verbal price. Since nothing regarding the scope of work was written down he forgot some of the things I had asked for and then said they would cost more. The deck stairs were structurally sound, but did not line up with my rails since they added an extra step and pushed the stairs further into my yard. I found another contractor through Home Advisor to remove the additional step so the stairs lined up with the rails and the landing again.

Thad and his team did a great job building a new deck for us. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame specified. They were on time, efficient, and trustworthy. They did such a good job on the deck, we hired them to paint the house. They worked tirelessly on the project and did not stop until we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Thad and his crew did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck! He also replaced siding, repaired fascia and completely power washed our home. He took time to make sure the job was done right. Always very polite, respectful and showed up exactly when he said he would. Highly recommend!

Really nice guy. Did a good job on deck repair from what I can tell. Hired for continuous lawn maintenance. Came for the first 2 months or so then all of sudden stopped coming. No notice or any communication to me. Had to find a new lawn care company.

Thad is very personable and professional. He kept in contact all the time and when we mutually agreed that delaying the work due to the weather, he was quick to suggest the very next day. He and his crew were never wasting time; they were constantly on the go and cleared up a mess in just under 4 hours. It would have taken me 4 weeks! A definite hire again!

FANTASTIC!! We hired Mr. Bonapart for our lawn care and has done a spectaculer job. We also had him lay down lanscape fabric, plant shrubs and cover it with stone (that we purchased seperatly) in all our planting beds. WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID!! I recommend hiring him and his crew wholeheartedly!

I contacted this company from Illinois to do a spring yard clean up in Charlotte and they did a fantastic job. Very polite and easy to work with over the phone. They helped me determine the amount of yard work needed and got it scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. Because of their excellent service, we have contracted for additional services. High recommendations!

Great company - very professional

Thad Bonapart is the owner and leads from the front. He answered my request quickly, arrived in person for the work review and estimate, and arrived with his crew several days later to complete the project, which was a clean up of much tree debris (leaves, pine needles and branches) in a natural area which makes up about 50-60% of our back yard. I also had concrete blocks, bricks, brick-like material around some bushes in the back yard and some shingles and tar paper from a recent project on the shed that needed to be hauled away. The natural area clean up was spot on reasonable in price. The hauling away of materials was a bit higher than I first thought it might be, but Thad explained much of that cost was his cost to pay the city dump fees. All in all, he and his crew were brilliant and I intend to call him back every 6 months to clean up the natural area.

This is the second year for the deck. I was having some issues with the expansion that I had them do. The decking was splitting and cupping really bad even though I had stained and sealed it each year. Last week I had enough. I ripped the deck boards off and found that the deck framing was sub-par. The floor joist were not 16" on center as requested, but were anywhere from 14" to 23" random, they were not level and all them were bowed. On a 24' span they had supports on each corner and then 4' in on each end. There was a 16' span of 2" x 10" that had a joint in the middle unsupported. I have had to completely redo everything that they did. They ran over budget and I paid them additional because when they gave me the estimate I told him then that they would not be able to finish at the price they gave me. That should have been my first warning. Again do not allow them to do any deck construction!!!

He contacted quickly, he came out and got me a quote and was able to handle job!!

$50 was a little steep, however, they did a good job.
