"Went to property numerous times to get everything planned out as to what customer wanted done. Customer complained that things were not trimmed enough. Went back a second day and trimmed more. Customer still not happy but was done with my services. Then when billing waited until past the due date, so when late fee was added became angry and degrading towards me. Told me she would only send a check. When I gave her the address, she then paid online... This was the worst customer I have ever encountered, even when working for a different company before I started my own."
