They responded to my request almost immediately but then they said that they couldn't get there for a week or so. They ended up coming more than 3 weeks later and that was only after I and ServiceMagic emailed them as reminders. All that said, when the technician came, he was much better than expected. He spent lots of time on the project to make sure everything was perfect and gave us a lot of technical advice. We intend to contract with Lawn Dawg for all of our lawn/tree care.

Prompt, reliable, great value for the cost. Very informative service company. Not high pressure sales people trying to sell services that are not needed. Very informative when discussing services and options. Adhere to appointments as scheduled.

The man that does our lawn is clean cut, nice and does a great job. The Office manager is also very helpful, willing to answer questions, and very nice. They always call a head 2 days before they come and are great about leaving information about the job they completed and and further recomened treatment.

They leave detailed reports of all their work, and call before they come. It took some time to get them to come out originally, and they weren't very communicative at first. However, compared to quotes from other places, they were the best value. Always friendly and provide great customer service.

There are on time. But I do not see any difference than when I used to do it myself. In fact, the lawn is worse than before.

The Lawn Dawg is as good as Scott's, my previous service. They are professional and always call prior to showing up to apply the fertilizer applications. My only criticism is that they sometimes don't offer enough feedback about the overall condition and care of my lawn.
