Didn't show up the first time, had to call and rescheduled.

Peter, in the office, was quick at calling me when I put in request for help. He was professional, patient and assisted in a trusting manner. Now the day of the job: Sean & Tylo did a great job (cuz I went out and looked). They were quick but efficient! The gave me a pre-call so I had time to put dogs in the house and unlock gate to back yard. BEST, they arrived 2 hrs earlier than scheduled! On personal note, Sean was approachable, friendly & sharing, as well as Tylo was right there giggling w/us. I am largely an agoraphobic so I am really challenged taking a chance of strangers at my home. They had no idea of this, I was calm, yet grateful the 'guys' were kind to/with me.

These guys do a great job. They show up when they say they will, do their work quickly and our lawn looks great!

I initially looked into an lawn aeration service in the last week of July. When they contacted me, I was told that early Spring or the cooler Autumn season were the best times to have this done as it would be detrimental to the lawn's health to aerate with high ambient temperatures. I asked them to call me back when they feel the time and conditions are better, and they would possibly already have some other clients scheduled in my area. They called back, gave me a tentative schedule of the second week in September. A very good price was offered if I pre-pay with a credit card. The agent said they did a Google Earth search, and based on the amount of lawn area, an estimate was given that I could not turn down. They did call when the date got closer, September 5th, but no time frame was given. I called them to get an idea of what time the service was scheduled, and they said around 3:00pm. I was hoping to have someone here at that time, and did make it home from by 3:00pm. When I got home from work, the aeration had been done and I found the receipt on the front door. It appears that they made it here around 10:30am, and there were some voice messages on my phone. They actually did some areas that I truly was not concerned about, as I did not even pre-water those areas. Had it not been for the uncertainty of exactly what time they would be here, this would have been a 5 star rating across the board. Overall, they did a great job and I will schedule this service again next Spring.

too soon to tell. Not sure if they are simply a lawn maintenance company or lawn repair. I have brown spots that are not improving thus far and don't have the confidence that they will address this.

Lawn Doctor of Denver always does a good job. I have done business with them since 1980. Only Lawn service I have ever used. They are Courteous and fair priced .Good company to deal with. I like the fact they use organic fertilizers
