Seem to be very customer oriented. Tech was very knowledgeable, and very personable.

Excellent service and very fast response. Highly recommended. I contacted Lawn Doctor through home advisor to aerate my lawn. I learned aerating is a tough job last year by doing it myself. This year, with twins less than a month old, I decided to get help. These guys exceeded my expectations. They were at my house the day after I contacted them as they had another job close by the same day. While aerating in mid-October they noticed the amount of loose grass and discovered a massive grub issue. They were back the next day spraying for the grubs and two weeks later the lawn is holding strong. There were approx 18 grub per foot and it was close to severe lawn damage. I learned a ton from Ryan. He was well aware I’m a DIY guy, but was still very open and answered all my random questions.

While our treatments haven't started yet, the service we've recieved so far has been great. Two visits were made to completely understand what we needed before we were asked to commit. Looking forward to great results!

He is fantastic! He does what he says he will do and is always thorough and explains everything. I would give him a five plus if I could! We are planning on renewing with him next year!
