First, I will say that the company representatives are very nice. However, be aware that they do not actually inspect your lawn and come up with a plan prior to applying the treatment. They applied one treatment to our yard and it has now turned brown and yellow. They explained that they chose to apply weed control that killed one type of grass in our yard. There was never a discussion with us about it. They also claim to offer a *100% guarantee* but after this experience, I am not sure exactly what they are guaranteeing. If your yard looks worse after you have a company come out and pay for their service, you may want to explore your options. I wish we had. UPDATE: Our yard is now dead, and I was charged for the service! LOOK ELSEWHERE. The guarantee means nothing.

I like Joe immediately. He knows his business and is a good communicator. He diagnosed (Doctor, get it?) the issues with my new sod and got on it immediately. I had some issues with my HOA and he and his wife were very willing to provide documentation supporting his plan. I had spoken with 2 other companies (competitors) that were unwilling to do so and were very non-committal about what the issue was with my grass. Very pleased with my decision.

Hired Lawn Doc to perform weed control, fertilize, and tree and shrub treatments. They promptly replied to my inquiry, came to my home to assess my lawn and make recommendations on service options, and came out as scheduled. As this was the first treatment and I wasn’t home I observed their service with my cameras and they did a proper job as agreed to. Would recommend them.

So far so good but it's too soon to tell. The pricing is in line with other quotes. I would recommend others to give them a try. Don't care for their recommended company for lawn sprinkler service.
