The service provided by this outfit is absolutely dreadful! Like another reviewer stated, I have used other lawn services in the past with good results. I switched to Lawn Doctor in an effort to save a few bucks. Well, the results are in: avoid these folks like the plague! I'm not the first person to get rid of them around here either. My next door neighbor had the exact same issues as me. When she called to complain, she got a completely inadequate response. So, she sent them packing right then and there. I should have, too. But, I called to complain, and actually got a somewhat decent response. Well, it was all to no avail, though, as my very next lawn treatment was just as poor as the ones I had received in the past. I called today to tell them to discontinue my service. Apparently, Erin Bradford thought that I was calling to get a sermon on how THEIR pathetic service is MY LAWN"s fault. Uh, no. Epic fail on her part. So, it's not just the lawn service that is lacking. Do yourself a favor, and don't even waste your time calling. They are a complete waste of money. It's no accident that this company as a 1-star rating on both Google and Facebook; they've earned it!
