The fact that you have said in your response back that you have gone above the norm to make me happy. If that makes you feel better thats you sir. Its not about how many times you had to keep coming back out there to my house, its the fact you had to over and over keep coming back out because you couldnt get it right the first time. Our front yard still looks terrible, the grass didnt grow back and you shown no remorse or effort to do something about it to fix it. Dont say you can do something if you can back it up. You said it aint about the money but yet you said you eating cost. If Im not mistaken your a company you lose and gain money sir get your facts straight. If I over watered the lawn dont you think other areas would be the same way. i did exactly what you said and kept the ground moist. You came in and you seeded the lawn on 11/16/21. I emailed you on 11/20/21 when the problem started right after seeding. You responded back on 11/23/21. I have emailed you several times since than but you have not responded back about the same issue. Your just looking for an excuse to get our of not being a fair businessman. Also before you throw dates out there which you have incorrectly done, we had not communicated over several emails just before the seeding until 12/27/21, as you stated. If you need a reminder this is what you said. (We communicated on over a dozen emails from just before the seeding until 12/27/21). Last email I got from you was 11/23/21. I had been contacting you right after your company came out and did the last seeding. The fact the you are going back and forth with a customer when you know you are in the wrong is sad. I thought the customer was always right. According to you being in denial is your biggest flaw. You can keep your well wishes and your sorry excuse for a company

Very knowledgeable, they pay close attention to detail and made sure to take the time to diagnose our laws issues and prioritize which ones to treat in what order so that we could have the healthiest lawn possible. I have never met someone like Richard. He does truly care about his customers and the services that he preforms for you. I had another company service my lawn before Richard and I saw a very big difference between the 2 companies. It showed how much he cared and how little the other company cared also within no time Ricard had my lawn looking AMAZING which took years with the other company. If your looking for a perfect lawn call him you will be very happy you did. Thanks for make my lawn beautiful Richard .

I was contacted via email a day or two before letting me know that they would be out to aerate and reseed my lawn. A phone call would have been more sufficient, allowing me to scalp my lawn and water the grass as recommended to soften the soil. Ive ask that they call me to notify my when they are in route. That call never came. They only performed one pass with the aerator (insufficient) and against professional standards. The grass seed they Sowed is full of weed seed that introduced foreign weeds into my lawn. Absolutely no new grass growth but a bunch of weeds. I reseeded one portion of my front lawn myself after their seed failed to germinate and the difference is night and day. Save your money and if youre able to do it yourself or hire another company.

"Anthony, I'm not sure why you did not get an email AND a text message before we came out to do the aeration and over seeding. You were clearly set up in the system to get both. I will have to see if the 3rd party that I use can explain what happened. I apologize that you did not get that notice. However, I do see where I sent you an email on Wednesday the 6th at 6:32 PM telling you that we would be out on Friday the 8th to do the aeration and seeding. (Which we were) The aerator that we use is a large commercial aerator that presses the tines to a pre-set depth so you will get professional results with one pass. My seed is certified to be 100% weed free! It is the best seed I can buy. I would be happy to provide a photo of the label. Perhaps the seed was watered then allowed to dry out which stops all germination! Regardless, had you asked we would have done a reseeding at no charge. Communication goes 2 ways and I can not address what I am not aware of. Sincerely, - Richard Benbow"

When I booked this appt I informed the gentleman I was disabled and relied heavily on friends. I asked for an appt after 4:00 knowing someone could be here, this appeared to be no problem. On the day agreed upon, a truck pulled up in front of my house some men got out pulled out their equipment opened my back gate and started aerating. Had my dogs Ben in the backyard they would have run away and I would have had no way to catch them. The man also left my gate wide open when they left so I was unable to let my dogs out until my friend came over at 4:00. They did a great job for a good price but the communication was less than desirable.

"The technician checks to make sure that no pets are in the back yard before entering to make sure that no pets escape and for his own safety! It was our mistake in leaving the gate open and it is policy to always close all gates. this was an oversight."

Richard quickly analyzed the condition of my lawn and offered several solutions, leaving the decision to me. I took his advise and the yard is starting to respond with new grass. So far so good. Truthfully, the lawn looked a little shattered after the treatment but it seems to be paying off. He will return for further treatments.
