I was dumb and paid in full because the project was going to get done in a couple days. They put off doing the project for three months and kept making excuses for not giving me a refund when I started asking them for it. I ended up opening a dispute with my bank to get the money back from them and when confronted with the case, they lied and said they finished the project. I ended up winning the case but it took a bit. Everyone seemed really nice from the company so I was shocked and disappointed when they kept giving excuses and lied on top of that.
