They don't tell you that they only mow on the first visit. They did not edge or trim the area around the fence. It had rained for days and it was obvious that it needed to be done. I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement.

BUYER BEWARE. They did a poor job removing the snow, ripped up the lawn. and damaged sprinklers. Customer service would not do anything, plus they overcharged for the job. When you use this service you do not know who will come out. If you want to overpay and have poor work, then call them.

Worse customers service in the world and very rude. Charged me $40 for services that was never performed because their local service provider never responded to my messages, so I canceled and used a different company to cut my grass. Two days later he shows up, but luckily I was home to let him know that I will not use his services anymore. He agreed and said he was going to let customers service know since it was very obvious my lawn did not need any work. At first, I was really excited when I signed up and was going to use them for my home and my rental properties, but I am glad I realized how useless and rude their customers service were on time. I wish I could give them a double negative rating... PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!

I hired LawnGuru in 2017 after my frustration in keeping a dedicated lawn care person. The app is easy to use and they connect you with a pro in your area. You do not have to be at home and they send you a picture of the completed project when they're done. I love the convenience of this app! The only reason I gave 4.5/5 is because some lawn care contractors are better than others. Otherwise, I highly recommend LawnGuru if you simply need to someone to maintain your lawn on a consistent basis. You can't be the quality for the price!!

Don’t bother calling these people. I had to give them half stars. They will just call any mom and pop willing to cut your yard and send them to you regardless of the quality of work.

Different company and crew cutting each week. Every job has its "little things" to it that a repeat crew learns and can use to ultimately obtain the very best job each week. For instance my lawn grows fast and was long initially. Each week, every unfamiliar crew cuts it too long and by two days looks like it had never gotten cut. A consistent, same crew every week would be able to gradually lower the length each week (which is wanted.) Lastly how can a company, crew, crew members, etc. who have only ever gone to a location once, CARE? Ultimately no personalization like questions or requests at all.

  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
