Loved the customer service right from the start. Called the office and spoke to a cheerful Kelly, who put me on their schedule. Luckily they were able to fit me in a day earlier. The men showed up and went right to work, fixing sprinkler heads and upgrading the system to my particular needs. Very polite and friendly! So glad to have everything up and running before the summer weather.

The only thing that I didn't like was the number of emails and texts I received. There was acknowledgement of the appt., I think tech is enroute, arrival of tech, end of job etc. All good customer service. However, receiving both the emails and texts was too much. Perhaps the notifications should just be sent one way. Otherwise, all was prompt and professional.

I'm not sure of the value for money because we don't have an invoice yet. They came out the same day and quickly made the repair, and even improved upon the original installation. I'm sure that when the bill arrives it will be reasonable for the work. Very friendly and professional.
