While the fertilizing and aerating has been fine, Iâ ve been disappointed with the weed control. We have crabgrass, dandelions, and other assorted weeds even after the spring treatment.

Overall I am pleased with the result, but he told me initially that he would return in a few weeks to touch up any bald spots in the lawn, but to my knowledge he hasn t been back.

"Hi David! Glad you are pleased. We are still doing our spot checkups, and we will come out to check your lawn within the next couple of weeks. Typically, we like to give the lawn at least 4 weeks to germinate before coming back to touch up any bald spots."

One of the most important factors I look for in a service company is communication. Obviously, the product is paramount, but if there is ever an issue, prompt communication to let you know you and your concern is important is key. Luckily, I have not had any issues with the product or service of Lawn Medic. That being said, they are very good at communicating throughout the year on the services and applications they provided and options services you may be interested in. They give discounts on the front-end for signing up for a year's worth of service as well. My lawn looks great and I have no intention of switching to another fertilization or aeration service any time soon. I highly recommend.

Hired this company but can't really give a full Hines review yet because the work they are doing for me will take place over the course of a few months. Won't really know how good of a job they do until then. However, so far my experience with the company has been very good. Pete contacted me right away after my initial inquiry and came out to start the job when he promised. Also did a follow up phone call with them and received a call back within the hour with a response to my question. Will update my review once the job is complete.
