Gralapp Property Maintenance

I hired this company to mow my lawn while my lawnmower is being repaired. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was quoted one price, but both times I was charged $10 more than the quoted amount. The service was also supposed to include trimming and edging, neither of which was completed during either visit. In addition, there were numerous areas of tall grass left throughout the yard, especially around downspouts and other obstacles. One of my downspouts was even run over while they attempted to mow around it. The quality of work simply did not match what was promised or what I was charged for. I understand that mistakes happen, but what bothers me most is the lack of attention to detail and pride in the work. If you?re going to charge more than the quoted price, I expect the agreed-upon services to be completed and for my property to be treated with care. Based on my experience, I will be looking elsewhere for lawn care services.

Job done quickly and efficiently with good results

Scott came out and did a great job cutting the grass, however the trimming agreed upon never happened.

Did the job, but didnt rake & clean up after. Quoted me a fee of $100, & the next day says $20 more! Won't use again!!

Make sute to tell them to pickup the grass orit does not get done.
