    Service is going to start in August after we do some grounds repair, The service representative was very good and explained what was needed before the first application.

    I had lawn-pro service in 2019, was not satisfied with the service and therefore did not request 2020 service from them. On 4/7/20 I came home to find white pebbles on my lawn, I contact Lawn-pro to find out they applied the spring application without my approval. I spoke to the office manager, and she stated that they sent me a letter stating if I do not call and cancel service they will automatically come and apply the application and charge me. This is unethical, as I do not recall ever receiving a letter, I WAS NEVER told last year they will automatically come the next year! And I prepaid for 2019 and it was never a renewal contract. Manager got rude and basically said that is how the business operates, they will still send me the bill for the one application and if I do not pay it, it will be sent to collection. Very rude, unethical, and I am not sure if this is even legal to force their service on you. I did report them to the Attorney Generals Office.

    Im sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service that we provided in 2019. We do offer a guarantee that affords us the ability to continue to service your lawn FREE OF CHARGE, in an effort to resolve the lawn issue. With regards to the renewal letter. Every year, for the past 25 years, we have always sent our customers a renewal letter via FIRST CLASS postage, so it is sure to find you. This letter provides our customers with the new annual pricing, an opportunity to receive a pre-payment discount, AND a special, BOLD PRINTED notice stating the following: "To provide you with uninterrupted service this season, your treatments are scheduled to begin automatically in the spring." This allows us to quickly start our services and adequately reach ALL of our customers in a timely manner. Again, this system has worked very well over the past 25 years. I am sorry that you do not recall receiving this letter. If you did, the letter continues to request that you call us to Add or Delete any services. We can CREDIT the amount owed and avoid any collection services. I hope that you understand our policy and that this confusion should not have occurred if you received our letter as ALL of our customers do.

    Hired Lawn-Pro after my lawn company was purchased by Tru-Green (who I hated). They do lime and fertilizer treatments and overall, I've been happy.

    Reasonable rate; great customer service; very accessible and responsive; easily open to visit your home to assess your lawn. However, after two years being with them, I am unsatisfied with the result. My lawn continues to deteriorate and declining from bad to worse. I do not expect miracle but definitely improvement. The relationship is still on going as I am currently in contact with the manager and I am willing to give them the opportunity to prove themselves. I will afterwards post my final rating on them.
