Lawn Ranger Lawn Care

Taylor guaranteed the lawn to live and it has not lived. Approx 60% of the grass has died and weeds have grown in and the grass is uneven. I did not get what I paid for.

Their professionalism and quality of work was far superior to any of the landscapers that I've had come out! They were fast, but very efficient in making sure I was satisfied with the way my yard looked. I will only be using Lawn Ranger Lawn Care from this point forward!

It is the 13 of April. This till the yard remove weeds kill weeds after grass has come up,none has. I paid for weeding have not gotten it. ,plant grass add chemicals and do landscape areas remove old straw add new straw in and put pavers in. of front and sides. Started April 6th. worked 6 hours. Never saw any work done except about 3 days later he bought pavers only for left side and sat them in place. Told me no straw around and after giving him another $302. for pavers and straw was not delivered ,old straw was to be removed and new straw in place. Just came and again. Yes Mame was all I got. He'll come back and pick up mess in yard he through in holes of yard on side where he did not till.Said he would till side as he did not do it on day he brought machine. As far as I am concerned you start a job .It is paid in full and just talk about what he will do is not cutting it. WHy didn't he bring straw? Called lowes they said he had plenty of straw. since last week. Lone ranger brought nothing today. When it is there. Make him get here and finish the $3200. I paid in full for him to do. Then I will be glad to forget about this. Did not till up side yard as he said he would.Was very certain on left side as it was full of wire grass all was supposed to be tilled and smoothed and grass planted and chemicals added. He can refund my money for the the straw install and removal of old straw. He just came again all talk no straw no lawn work complete. That is not proper behavior for a person in busines.Do work ,get paid done is how it is supposed to work. You can decide .I think He will not be back. Hoping this blows blow over. 4/13/2020.Just called lowes. They said they have a lot of Straw in stock for landscaping and have had it since last week. So coming out here today and giving me yes mame and BS is not cutting it. He is not honest...Make him get here and finish work.In the next week. Can refund my money as He made me pay in full before job that was not done at all. Only pavers were laid and no straw removed or new straw in place.Please make him refund straw and labor. as I did not get it and whatever labor cost was remove and add new straw. Can refund the straw already I paid for as he never did it is the an deduct the straw and I will fix bed myself. Can put what I said on your review area and tell him when I get my refund and left yard tilled and fixed you can take it down. Do not believe he will return. So basically for tilling main area of front yard not side,left. as I said I wanted. I paid $3200. for pavers and seeding and tilling.Was promised full yard tilled. Seed dropped, landscaping area done and chemicals added and weed killer after grass comes up. No grass is up. Did they do a good job. Would you want to go through this. As a single female homeowner with low income, I still maintain my home. Lawn Ranger Lawn Care was the first to respond and came out immediately. The grandpa and grandson gave me a price, had a good sales pitch, and a big ad on Home advisor. I did not receive a written estimate. After I started researching on Home Advisor the cost for power washing in my area and thought their price was too high, I messaged Taylor on their site questioning his experience and the cost. He assured me he comes out with a man who has 30 years experience with power washing and will do a great job. He did not budge at all on the cost. He and a coworker came out on 3/23/20 after they left I noticed there was a lot of dirt and grime on the walkway in front of my porch. I tried to take a garden hose to clean it up but that did not work. That night I called Taylor and sent him a picture. He was not very responsive but said he would try to come out the next day. I called twice the next day and left messages but did not receive a response. I called Home Advisor and the representative called them on my behalf and left a detailed message. I immediately received a call from Taylor that he and Gramps would be out, and they came out immediately. Taylor got a blower from his lawn equipment and Grandpa got a broom but it did not work. So I asked Grandpa if he was going to do anything about this he said NO! YOU CALLED HOME ADVISOR! He was quite angry and spoke to me in disrespectful loud manner. I am almost certain if I had a man standing next to me he would not have spoken to me like this. Do not be fooled by the quote from the bible on their business card. Christians do not do business in this manner especially in the unprecedented difficult times we are in. Now I have to hire another power washer to fix the problem that Lawn Ranger left me with. After 3 weeks, with the help of Home Advisors Resolution Department, Taylor refunded $50 (as I requested) of my original payment of $275.

He is very courteous and polite. Not what you normally see in someone his age. I appreciate the hard work he has done on my yards. He listens to what you are requesting your lawn to look like. He is always wanting to satisfy the customer.

Taylor is a very polite young man. I would recommend him but you should know that he hasn't learned the art of scheduling his time wisely. He/his crew did a good job on the things we asked for them to do. I had an appointment on Friday afternoon at 5pm for an estimate to have my hedges trimmed and flower beds weeded. At 5:20, I texted him to see if anyone was coming and he asked to re-schedule for the next morning at 9:30. At 9:48 I texted asking if anyone was coming. He said he was with a customer and would let me know when he was headed my way. He sent a text at 10:34 that he was headed to my house. Also, we ended up getting him to put fertilizer and lime on the yard (no price quoted- our fault for not asking). The only complaint we have is once he had the price for the fertilizer and lime, he should have called and asked if we still wanted to have it done considering our original bill for the hedge trimming and weeding of $200 ended up being a $766 bill. I was in shock!! We definitely would have waited on the fertilizer and lime at that price.

He gave a quick estimate and did our lawn work the following day. He did a good professional job. Thank you Taylor for your help. He will be doing our lawn from now on

Lawn Ranger Lawn Care has great customer service. They are fast professionals who get the job done rain sun or shine. I recommend them to anyone needing Lawn care In Valdosta Ga . Polite hard working crew.

Taylor’s crew wasn’t available so he did our front and back lawns alone. He did a mow, edge, and blow quickly and efficiently. He noticed that the gate leading to our back yard wasn’t secure so he fixed it, at no extra charge! He did all of that for a very reasonable price. He’s a kind and thoughtful man who took into consideration our budget and our inability to maintain the lawn ourselves. I highly recommend him. Five stars all the way around!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lawn was nice. Inexpensive compared to other companies, but not all of their mowers have bags on them, so there may be some grass to rake afterwards.

I paid $700.00 for yard work at my home,a small coner lot located in town. He did not even have a rake or shovel. He sat playing on his phone while a Mexican man delivered and distributed the pine straw. It was my understanding that the flower beds would be cleaned out and then have the straw put in. By this time I was so aggravated I just wanted him out of my yard. I would NOT recommend this site again.
