Texas Lawn Ranger, is a family owned and operated full service landscape installation and maintenance company. We have been servicing Arlington, Mansfield, and the surrounding areas for the last 21 years! We come in and rescue bad yards and turn them into enjoyable spaces. He is a sweet talker and does not keep appointment and never calls to say why or apologize. When asked why he did not show up, his reason is either it is raining or it is their season and he gets to your job whenever he can squeeze in time for you. As soon as he is paid half the contract, he quit all communication and never showed up again.

"Rachel was very rude when talking to her and we were more than accommodating to her. We had to reschedule multiple times due to rain and she was not understanding at all and demanded I come work in the rain. A call or two was missed due to being busy with other work but she was never hung upon. We do our very best to be timely and do great work for our customers."

Customer service was horrible! I would not recommend them to anyone. He was not clear in what I needed and when I purchased what he suggested, the work was not satisfactory at all. When he returned to correct his work he brought another person and charged me for his additional person. I was never asked if I was willing to pay for additional help. He arrived at my house under the influence of marijuana, my son had to offer cologne to cover the smell before I got home. I could mention other details but I think you get the point.

"I apologize for you not being happy! the customer gave me Christmas tree lights to put on her house and I did the best that I could with the materials that were given to me. When I showed up to meet with the customer she wanted me to take down all the lights I had already put up and put up all new lights and I explained to her that would cost more since I'm doing 2 jobs in 1. I spent 5 extra hours putting up the new lights which I only charged 50 dollars instead of 200. We did not smell like marijuana as it is against company policy to smoke in the trucks or be under the influence at any time. I even took 25 dollars off her final bill."

They were four hours late showing up so I figured they weren't even coming since they never reached out to tell me they would be late. I didn't get everything trimmed I wanted, and they hauled almost nothing off. I had to load my car up twice with yard trimmings and take it to the city dump myself. Then a week later while I'm raking leaves I find large branches just left behind on the side of the house.

Thought the quoted price a little high for the small amount of trimming we wanted, but Brice accepted our counter offer. He and his helper were quite personable, and they did a nice job. Believe tree work is a recent addition to the services they offer, and they were eager to please. Our only negative about the experience was punctuality - they were quite late in arriving for both the initial estimate and then the actual work.

Bryce and Sebastian were an awesome team, when it came down to bringing down a tough tree. They were very cautious, and planned out what need to be done in the safest way possible.
