Poor customer service. Charged me for services that I thought were part of the program without my consent. Manager cooper, was extremely rude.

This company and individual in particular are very pleasant and easy to work with. He is always letting me know exactly what and why and what I need to do next like water the chemicals in or whatever. Price is very fair and competitive. I was going to try different companies to see who was best but I am so pleased with this one I know I couldn't fine one I like more well unless they brought snacks and gifts but that might be asking too much. :-)

The previous application was not so good, but once my regular tech came today I believe the problem has been corrected. The previous tech did a poor job of coverage on the lawn, and it never looked great. I could hardly see the fertilizer pellets on the side walk or driveway. When my present tech (Ken) did the application there was sufficient fertilizer pellets on both areas and I could also see them in the grass. Totally believe the tech last time was just hurrying to get the job done. I have used Lawn Tech for the last 4 years and have been very happy with the look of my yard.

I have only had the first treatment, but the lawn is growing by leaps and bounds, weeds are disappearing. SO far, very good.

theyâ re interested in the customer and their issues. and tailor to the specific problem. they took time to discuss my turf problem, thinking outside the box, not a cookie cutter solution. theyâ re dependable, they communicate their visits. i intend to use them going forward.

Lawn Tech does a great job. My lawn is bright, green and healthy because of their service and attention.

This company does an outstanding job on controlling and helping my lawn trees and bushes. I can't see why anybody would use anybody else. They also offer other services for even increased benefits.

Never disappointed with Lawn Tech. Our yard likes them too. The only improvement I could recommend... I wish they would give me a time frame on the day they are scheduled for treatment application.

We moved into our new home with weeds everywhere. One month later, our yard looks fantastic and the weeds are all but gone. Can t say enough good things about what a difference they ve made to our yard.

This is the first time I'm hiring a lawn company. Lawn had many weeds to start with and now I can see the results. Definitely like the service they do. Highly recommended.

Very responsive, contact you in advance of their planned day to perform their work. Have treated my yard (fertilizer), treated for fire ants, treated for grubs - all have been very satisfactory.

They are not consistent doing what they advertise in their service such as killing flower bed weeds and Dallas grass.

This is the first time my lawn has been virtually weed-free in YEARS! They always call and email prior to coming, so I can have the pets put up. They also are really good about coming back 3 weeks after that quarter s treatment if you are still having problems. I highly recommend them.
