There was some miscommunication to begin with, and I was frustrated and upset. I called the company, and Benjamin, the owner, called me back right away. He was very open to doing whatever I felt was necessary. He even sent the person who sprayed my property over again and offered to respray if I wanted. He was so interested in making certain I was happy with the service. I’m not sure a lot of companies would do that. Therefore, I give them a 5 star rating for customer service.

Ben is very informative, competent, and patient. And most importantly, he fixed the brown patches in our yard. You're awesome! Thanks Ben!

Great company and great service. Have had this lawn care service for a few years now & love them. They are responsive, professional, have consistently provided excellent advice & recommendations while also allowing us to make our own decisions. Great working relationship. I've had them for 2 of our properties and are very pleased with the results. I've also used their sprinkler repair services and have had outstanding results here also. In particular they redid our home residence's distribution boxes & the results were super. Their work has made a real difference in our lawns and are a great team to work with.

Very professional. Ben repaired a very old and messy system and revived it. He explained everything along the way, and now it is functioning for the first time in several years. He was very inexpensive but very thorough. Thanks, Ben!
