Horrible repair, Wanted to make a quick buck to help pay for an underestimated project he had with another customer. Never came back to finish the job and blocked my number!

Brian was hired to seal the roof and repair the bathroom ceiling where the water damaged my ceiling by the exhaust fan. He did not seal the roof and just painted over the crack in the bathroom. He came by to do a horrible job so that he could get paid to finish buying lumber to complete another job but was not able to purchase with his own funds. Definitely got scammed by Brian trying to make a quick buck, would not recommend it to anyone!

I signed on for a deck replacement and paid half the quoted price upfront. To my dismay, I was hit up for more funds during the very first week: an increase to the quoted price because of actual materials costs (difference due right away) and a small cash advancement by the end of the week ( lack of materials and funds ). In his exuberance, Brian tended to be overly optimistic with good intentions when compared to actual results, and unfortunately, did not stand out as being much different from other contractors who say one thing but do another. (I.e., promising to clear away the balance of scrap materials in a timely manner). EDITED TO ADD: After two weeks of broken promises and no-shows, I hired someone else to remove the balance (bulk) of debris he never took care of. Sadly, while I AM pleased with my new deck, this is not the type of service I would wish on others.

Communication was poor and did not keep appointments.

Brian was not particularly good communicating or being timely. A two day project (4x6 back porch) took six days to finish. A subcontractor/helper incorrectly installed the stairs.

Very professional. Wanted to ensure he accomplished exactly what I wanted. Friendly and courteous. Will hire again
