Hired the company to do landscaping and did an actual good job. During landscaping job companys owner Frankie Clark stated he could do our concrete patio. Decided to go with company to get job done and it turned into a bad experience. Signed contract along with down payment paid on April 30th and owner had been giving me run around ever since. Owner sent sub contractor over on May27th with wrong instructions. Sub contractor expected to only lay 15x 20 concrete patio without the 10x 10 fire pit area that I agreed to pay for in contract. Owner refused to take my personal calls and I only spoke with owner through sub-contractor cell phone. When I spoke to him I advised him I wanted to redesign the project and work directly with sub contractor. Owner hung up phone and blocked me. He is highly unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Started the process of hiring someone to do my backyard project in May 2020. Here it is November, and they still have not completed the project. Not only did they not complete the project, they never delivered/installed materials that I PAID FOR BACK IN JUNE. When FC came to give me an estimate, he said when he is done with a project, he likes to leave the homeowner with a little *surprise*. My *surprise* was that he took my money, did a horrible job burying my downspouts and on my flower beds, and has *ghosted* me. His last response to me was on 9/12/2020, at which time he said he would complete the project, which as of today, 11/2/2020, is not done. I was tired of looking at the mess they left and completely redid the burying of my downspouts, redid my flower bed in the front of my house, installed the border to my fire pit, and will have to enclose the deck (which his employee said he would do, but FC says was not part of the *agreement*) myself as to weather permits. I have asked for a refund for materials that were not delivered, and to cover my time redoing what his crew did incorrectly. No response to this request. Very disappointed in the owners behavior/actions as he boasted about being a *mentor to our youth*.

I was required to pay half of the money of the day when I hired this company 2 months ago. My husband was ill and his condition got worse. I had to cancel the project. They stopped picking the phone. My husband passed away a month ago... I sent them messages and a certified letter requesting my money back. Up to now, I had not received my money back. They had not responded to my last message, nor they are picking the phone. I would not recommend this company.

"She was given a partial refund put back on her credit card, and sent a copy of it processed on our end and has failed contact her back determining why they not received it. She also sent screenshot of money coming out of our business account. You have a 3 day right of rescission after that we don't offer a refund. Due to her circumstances we went against our company policy and offered a partial refund."

I have never been this unhappy with a company than I am with Lawn and Leash they have only come to do my yard ONE time in TWO months and then did a terrible job. Yes they have been paid in full, it has been a month and I had to pay someone else to cut my yard. Take them off, Homeadvisor!

"We do not mow wet grass as company we scheduled days we mow this customer had have gate removed each time we mowed. After paying my guys several times to cut lawn and no one home finally text the customer we not a good fit and refunded them there money this customer said in a message to me that she was going us bad review after I told her we going to be bad fit. As company we have five stars reviews across the board. We know we not always right on this one we were right. First thing is they only been customer for month. This review is unwarranted and partially fictional."

The project was quick and easy. They came on a Sunday and completed job on Tuesday. Pleased we did the project and listened to them. We are hoping it works to keep rain water from pooling on side of house. Staff was very hard worker. Personable, even with very hot weather.

What a wonderful company doing wonderful work. Got me scheduled right away, came on time and kept me updated on what was going on. I had to leave and when I returned they were done and my landscaping work was awesome. I am so proud of my yard They did everything I ask for and more. Such a professional and personable company with such reasonable prices. In the future it is either Lawn and Leash or nothing!

They suck you in with a low offer, then want more money. They do not do the work as originally agreed to. They left ruts in my neighbor's front lawn. They did build me a new raised bed but, they did not till the sod. They just put some dirt on top of the sod...and not enough to come up to the top of the base boards. Of my other 2 original beds, they were to till both. They tilled 1. Again, they did not fill it deep enough with top soil. They dumped a substantial amount dirt into my lawn where it wasn't suppose to be. And in the beds they did add some to, they didn't break down the large clumps of dirt nor did rake it level. Would I hire them again? That would be a big fat hell NO. This also doesn't reflect very well on you guys as a referral service.

"We spent 3 days on this customers lawn.... my crew transported customer to the hardware store to pick additional lumber and supplies that said he had. The customer was required to put a deposit down and payment was do upon completion. Well we got paid at the end ?Ruts that were left customer said don?t worry about ?. I believe went above and beyond for this customer and normally we do not get paid till customer is happy. Two man crew 3 days 24 hours of labor. This customer kept adding more task above the original task so I am shocked of this review."

Excellent! Hired Lawn & Leash to bring in topsoil to regrade my lawn, aerate, and cut and mulch beds. Service was prompt, price was great, and customer service was amazing.
