Place is a lie They only communicated though emails, nightmare! I would write them an email not to come out at least 4 times and they came anyway. Even after I canceled they still charged me. Even though I canceled. So now they are going to take money from my by check. Awful people please do not deal with these people.

They did not provide the services outlined in the package. When I asked for the service, they double charged me for it. My agreement was supposed to include weed control and fertilization. That was why I chose the package I did. Every 2 weeks it was $84, even though they did not maintain the flowerbeds (unless I was there to insist) that were part of the package. Then they charged me an additional $84 to do the fertilization. It is a rip-off. They guys who actually cut the grass were being paid $35 and they were not told to maintain the shrubs and flowerbeds that were supposed to be included in the package. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I live in Boston and hired them to cut the lawn for my rental property. I was told that they would provide me the photos via email when it was done each time, but I never received such confirmation from them to make sure the service is actually performed. The HOA told me that, based on their routine inspection, the lawn has not been mowed as they said it was, but the credit charge is and has been charged every two weeks. I would not trust them unless you live there.

We have used lawn.com for the last two years. Work is always performed as requested and in a timely manner. Our lawn looks well-tended throughout the year and is an asset to overall curb-appeal of our house. This company provides excellent value for money and we plan to remain customers for many years to come!

They come on the scheduled days but had some challenge with grass clippings and debris being left on lawn at first. Service has/is improving over time. Customer service actually called back from the emails I sent about service matters.

Company did not follow through with complete service. Some services were left off the list. Each visit was different.

Antuan, we appreciate that you gave us the opportunity to serve you. As we discussed, our Shrub Care program as part of Lawn365 services shrubs on a 6 to 8 week interval. We have found that saves customers money while keeping the lawn looking nice. Additionally, our customers can request additional shrub services at any time in addition to the normally scheduled interval. Thanks again. - Eric Castro

I chose the package that included mowing, trimming, weed treatment in plant beds and lawn weed treatment. I had to remove the plant bed treatment because of chemical damage to my plants. The quality of the service was inconsistent resulting in at least one do over. My main concern at this point is the damage done to my property during the last visit. This was to be the shrub care visit. During this visit they butchered my shrubs, cut the tops of my azalea bushes, left trimmings etc. My anger at this time in addition to the before mentioned issues is from the mutilation of a Japanese maple tree. I had a beautiful umbrella type Japanese maple in my front yard. The weeping branches were chopped off to near the top of the tree. I have emailed and spoken to representatives in reference to reimbursement for my tree, at least. I keep getting the run around. They did refund the amount they had the audacity to charge me for damaging my property. The company even sent their own representative to take pictures of the damage, in addition to the pictures I sent. It is unacceptable that management has not taken responsibility for their incompetent actions. I believe that two weeks is plenty of time to have resolved this issue.
