Lawnmark Plus

Since I change to Lawnmark Plus. My lawn looks beautiful and lush. Every homeowners dream. I cant recommend enough. Great customer service and they the best products. I am very satisfied with them.

I selected the Premium Organic program from LawnMark. I've never been more disappointed in a service and my lawn has never looked worse. I realize it was tough during the early summer months with high heat and drought. But my lawn is on an irrigation system and I watered enough to actually grow mushrooms. I kept informing LawnMark about the issues with browning, weeds and crabgrass...they only came out one time to treat the weeds even though they say its unlimited. I found the backoffice team to be condescending and unwilling or unable to to be useful. Further, the so called Techs they send, have virtually zero knowledge on horticulture. When they arrive, they simply sit in their vehicle and fill out the report without even stepping onto the lawn. All the reports are canned and they say the same thing each time providing little to no value. For example, my latest report recommends overseeding and aeration, sharpen mower blades and raise mower height to 3-4 inches. I've already aerated and overseeded, my blade was brand new in the spring and I always cut on the highest setting, twice per week and in the mid mornings. The treatments I find to be completely inferior from the quantity applied to the quality. When they failed to get my grass green, I spot applied organic fertilizers of my own to test, and viola, I had green patches! I will never again contract LawnMark!!

Just hired this service, haven't had any service yet. There should be a "unknown" when asking of work quality. Not right to rate them in this if the service hasn't started yet.

Company s environmental thoughts were a big part of my decision. Safe chemicals are a very important and communication has been superb.

They came when they said and did a good job

They have been great in communications and relaying information to prepare if necessary for the service they will be performing. This is customer service at its best

I bought a prepaid package, due to poor book keeping they billed me for it again. So if you like to pay twice for the same service, this is the company for you. They changed my invoices from "prepaid" to simply bills. I think this business practice is pathetic. Since I no longer have the credit card I prepaid them with, I was unable to document the prepayment. This prepayment was acknowledged by them in the first few invoices. So I paid twice for the same service and told them I was done with them. They did not accept any responsibility for their error and were less than gracious in my discussions with them. Workmen were very nice however, and did a good job.

I only just hired this company and I understand there is a time process for getting my lawn in shape. So far I have only seen them one time about 3 weeks ago, so it's hard for me to rate the service. I'm sure as time goes on, I'll be able to write another review upgrading my experience.

Regarding value for money, we will only be able to tell over time but so far no issues at all.
