This was an emergency project that was performed last fall. Enough time has passed for me to verify the work performed and to ensure that the job was done right without callbacks. Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional, with excellent work quality. Highly rated. Rate was a little high for me because I'm frugal and could have done a lot of the work myself but was unable to because of time. Very satisfied customer.

I initially contacted Atlanta Lighscapes, but was unable to catch up with Matt to make the repairs. I then contacted Don with 'Lawns Are Us' and he agreed to come the following day for an assessment. Don arrived promptly on the day agreed upon and after assessing what was needed, replaced a defective valve, the service wire from walkway to controller and also the cutoff/back-flow valve. He conducted himself as a respectful, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth individual as he explained the principle of how sprinkler systems work. He demonstrated an exceptional work ethic as he continued working even as it began to rain & thunder. There was some misunderstanding on the total cost for the project, but Don was willing to honor the amount that my wife & I understood to be the total from our previous conversations and completed the work. I would definitely utilize his services for further projects, being confident that his jobs would be done correctly, without taking short-cuts...Don delivers high quality service!

Don was very polite, down to earth christian fella. I love to work with him because he schools you and teach in a quality manner. This gentleman gives you the best, and very reasonable. Not only will I utilize him again in the near future but recommend him to other neighbors.

Don knows his stuff, was prepared to take care of a major pipe break, replace heads and other things. Also has expertise in lawn care and maintenance.

Don is very knowledgeable not only with sprinkler work, sounds like he knows his different lawn grasses and shrub disease and would be very good at maintaining those also. Pricing was good, was punctual and courteous.

He was friendly and knowledgeable, explained what was needed and immediately went to work. Job which required head replacements, straightening of a head and relocating one was completed quickly and professionally. Would rehire and recommend him.

Very nice man. I was just a little disappointed when I notice my sprinklers were leaning different ways. I would call him back maybe. I would just be more specific about how I felt the sprinklers should look. I am looking at leaning heads.
