"Mrs. Joanne, I'm sorry you feel this way. I met with you on Monday March 25,2019 @ 6:30pm @ your home. We walked your property and talked about everything until 8:15pm. I looked at your 8 Flowerbeds in the front of your house, that are full of weeds. We discussed Lawnscape Concepts, Inc's prices & I explained to you that we charge $25/man/hour for Flowerbed Maintenance. I also explained that I would have two employees on your property and that it would take in excess of a day and half to two days to complete your Flowerbeds. You asked me about fixing your three fountains also, before I gave you a price. Instead of charging you the $600 (1.5 days) to $800 (2 days) of labor for the Flowerbeds. I explained we would do it for $500 for the Flowerbeds + $200 for trimming and fixing all of your shrubs, + $75 for fertilization + $55 for mowing your yard. And included in the above monies, I was gonna fix your three fountains & cut down that mimosa tree that was growing under your deck in the back and not even charge you for those services. You agreed on the prices and you hired me. You asked when I could get to the Flowerbeds and I told you that the soonest time I had was Tuesday April 2, 2019 & you said ok. You asked when was the soonest I could mow your yard and I said Saturday March 30, 2019 & you said ok. I thought all was well, but Saturday March 30, 2019; I received a text from you saying & I quote "thanks but don't worry about my yard; I got someone else". I responded with, "Ok"; "Do you still want me to do Flowerbeds?" and your response was, "no...too high Nd taking too long thanks". All I said was Ok, in response. If I could post the picture of the text, I would. But to say that all we have is one excuse after another is just wrong. I was in full contact with you the day of the bid & was going to send you a text when I was headed your way on that Saturday. You told me you have someone else to do your yard, but in your review you say that your yard still looks like a jungle. And I think that you owe HomeAdvisor an apology, because they are a great company that helps so many people."
"Thank You Darlene!"
