Very good overall. They did the work just as they said they would and I was pleased with the aeration. They scheduled it,I turned off my sprinklers the night before, they showed up on time, and did a good job. The only thing which could have been better is if they were quicker in their response time. But I wasn't in a big hurry, so no big deal. It took them about 2 weeks from when I contacted them via Service Magic.

They arrived when scheduled and did the job in a timely manner, however, when I sent an Email to the company requesting info about another service, I never got a reply. Will look elsewhere for the additional work I'm interested in.

They came out to our house within 24 hours of contact, provided us an estimate over the phone and started the appropriate treatment that day. The owner called me back within 2 days after viewing the pictures that his employees took of our lawn issues and provided a thorough explanation for what he believes is the cause, the course of action, length of time it will take to resolve and how to prevent it from happening in the future. They have wonderful customer service and have been a pleasure to work with so far.

Landscape systems contacted me immediately. They followed up with phone calls and set a quick appointment. They showed up when they said they would and gave me great information about the lawn. I was impressed on how polite they were and would highly recommend them for any lawn treatments
