Very unethical, very unprofessional, and illegally charged fees, rescheduling without any prior authorization or notification.

"We appreciate your time in providing feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We would like to clarify that according to our records, you confirmed the cleanup service but then cancelled it while we were starting the performance of the service. Additionally, it appears that you broke the contract by failing to adhere to the agreed-upon terms you signed and agreed to. Any charge issued was the result of your choices, according to our service terms. We take all customer feedback seriously and want to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. However, we must also correct any false claims."
