didn't like that he actually sub'ed out the work. I didn't want to be paying a middleman. Work was good not great. And would've appreciated a better clean up of the mud all over the subflooring. Didn't like the stiff contract for each little crack. Give me a bid for a room and do it completely. Wouldn't hire again because of the subcontracting issue.
