Caleb was able to trouble shoot and fix a difficult problem, although it took him about 3 1/2 hours to solve it. He should get a professional invoice made for his business with his name and phone number, an itemized description of what was done, and the total costs involved for parts and labor. Most homeowners like to have a record of repair expenses, especially if they manage rental property.

I was very pleased with the communication and punctuality and the speed and quality of their work! I thought the fee was slightly high compared to average fees for similar projects. It was the maximum quoted before the job but I understood it could be less if the job didn t take long. Total time was about an hour. There were 2 people working which did speed it up of course. It was a hot day and I appreciated their efforts! So it s fine. It s done and it works and I would definitely call on them again!!

Very professional and prompt. Was not a big job but was finished quickly. Caleb also found an exposed wire that was a result of the drywall installation and repaired it.
