Lawrence did a great job patching and painting two drywall holes in my kids rooms. The paint I provided was too old so he went to the store for an exact match. Lawerence was professional, on time, on budget, and made sure to clean up after the job was done. I’ll use him again when the time comes.

If you are looking for someone reliable, detail oriented, and easy to work with, you should hire Lawrence. I originally hired Lawrence for drywall work and ended up hiring him to paint much of the interior of my home, including window casings, moldings & trim. His work was extremely thorough, especially the prep work, and it made a huge difference in the final result. What I appreciated most was that he paid attention to the overall look and feel of the house, not just the painting itself. He made color suggestions I would not have thought of on my own that ended up really pulling certain spaces together. He was also very upfront about pricing. The patching, prep work, paint, and many little extras that came up along the way were included, which gave me peace of mind knowing the project would stay within my budget. He communicated well, was neat and organized, and overall just very easy to have around during a longer project and genuinely takes pride in the quality of his work.

Lawrence repaired cracks in my garage ceiling and in my three season room ceiling. It was a big job as there were many cracks. After repairing the cracks he put primer and then paint. He also painted my kitchen flooring He was thorough and very neat and cleaned everything up when he left you couldn't even tell I had work done except for looking at my beautiful ceilings I would recommend Lawrence. He was pleasant and friendly and very thorough. He was on time and put in a whole day's work. I would definitely recommend him.

Came right away to provide a quote, was specific about lead time to get the job scheduled, came when we agreed and was flexible to start time to avoid the morning household chaos, found and fixed prior contractor mistake without upcharging, gave us a couple tips on maintaining chips and dings in other painted areas of the house, finished in the timeframe we set, and cleaned up as if he was never there. Professional, explains everything and personable.

We had some mold remediation done in the ceiling of our garage and master bedroom and needed parts of the drywall replaced and patched. Lawrence was great! He showed up promptly for the estimate, looked things over and gave a quote on the spot. Some other companies tried to convince us to repaint the walls in our bedroom in addition to the ceiling, which didnâ t make sense to me. Lawrence only did the work that was necessary and everything turned out great! He repaired the two spots, painted the entire bedroom ceiling, and left zero mess. He even replaced the insulation that had been removed with the mold remediation for only the additional cost of the insulation itself. He was friendly, professional, quick and affordable. It doesnâ t get much better than that!

Lawrence has become our whole families go to for any painting needs. He is so detailed and has such pride in his work. We never have to guess or check his work because its always spot on. His knowledge of the supplies used is amazing. He can look at a room and envision what it should look like and then give you his recommendation on colors and such.
