Our team is led by Lawrence Pellerin, who has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has a degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Appliance Repairs, and has been inspecting since 1994. Lawrence also teaches home inspection classes for Burk Baker Real Estate. He was a maintenance supervisor for 15+ years and has been a HUD commercial inspector for 15 years.
