Bill Lawson and his team did various projects on our historic home including window replacement, soffit repair, installed a new balcony, ironwork restoration, drywall repair, and painting inside and out. We live out of state and hired him based on reviews. It was wonderful to have a contractor that we felt confident would get the job done. We would highly recommend Lawson Projects and will use them again in the future.

Billy Lawson and his team have done two major projects on our rental home and have been the epitome of professionalism and true craftsmanship. Billy and his crew did a great job on our little beach condo. He was there when he said he would be and completed the job promptly. He did sheetrock repair, popcorn ceiling repair, caulked, and painted our unit. We never personally met but we were able to coordinate over the phone. He did the job as we discussed.

Mr. Lawson is an honest fellow who does good work. At the very end, there were a few things that did not get placed back on the walls and a few curtains that were not rehung, but it was a 100 degree day and the A/C had failed. I don't think any of us were firing on all cylinders at the time. An honest oversight. I would recommend Lawson Projects. Inc. without reservations.

I know after reading some of these reviews you would think that Lawson projects would do a fine job no matter what the extent of the "project" was.. well if you read the reviews they were for small little jobs that any handyman could do. I made the grave mistake of entrusting Lawson projects to a much bigger job and I was disgusted with the results. After getting estimates from 3 contracters to paint my home and replace and repair some rotted wood around the trim work and windows, I decided to use Lawson projects since his original estimate was right in the middle of of the 3 contractors I called .Well long story short, The work was awful,the bill kept growing and it wound up becoming more than anyone else's estimate.In the end I was left with a paint job that wont last a year and a terrible patch job on most of the wood trim,all this and Mr . Lawson complaining he wasn't making enough on this job. This after handing him over 10k in checks. Needless to say I had to hire someone else to come in and finish it and I certainly wouldn't use Lawson projects again to even paint my childs doll house.If you are looking for two bit handyman work for master craftsman prices then Lawson projects is your contractor.

"This is very unexpected! When I completed this job the customer gave no indication that they were disatisfied. After work was completed they had a punch list of a few touch up items that we went back and re-did to their satisfaction.We were told that everything looked good, they were satisfied with everything and they wrote us a check. I have called this customer several times but get no response. I'm very dismayed that they're disatisfied & would like to rectify this. This customer did have problems with their roof. However, I informed them that I'm not a roofer and they needed to call a professional roofer for that particular problem."
