PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My job was supposed to begin on May 3rd. Michael is full of excuses and has now totally disappeared into thin air doing absolutely none of ther work in my contract and without refunding my 4,000 dollar deposit!!!! That is a lot of money for my family and I, and we are devastated. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. He also did not disclose to me that he was NOT LICENSED! I am pursuing legal action against him but wanted to save others the drama and stress that this has caused my family and I!

The project started in November 2023, with many delays. He damaged our utility trailer after turning his equipment over into the fender of our trailer (that has not been repaired to this date). He changed the pattern and color of what we requested, he did not blend the color of the driveway, as he stated he would. He has left mounds of dirt in our yard that we now have to figure out how to clean up. He's left equipment at our home that we have been asking for over 2 months for him to pick up. He stated that he would provide a refund for the work that was not completed and that he would repair the trailer.. to date, no refund or funds have been provided for said repairs. He has had 1000 excuses as to why he hasn't been able to come by and now his phone number has been disconnected. This is garbage and quite honestly, an embarrassment to Eastern TN. Disappointed, angry, frustrated and completely appalled at being taken advantage of. STEER CLEAR OF THIS "COMPANY!"

Kept getting reasons for not being able to do job. Over a year and can't get driveway repaired. Many text with Michael Lawson.

This business completed not only the original project, but was willing to take on an additional job that I needed done. Michael Lawson listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions, gave me choices. The look is professional and the job complete.
