I am really glad that HomeAdvisor sent Tim Lawson to my home. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and nice guy. I was trying to get a quote for a new furnace , but when I called him and described what was going on, he told me that I might not really need a new unit. Finally I ended up only changing a wheel for a couple of hundred dollars instead of replacing or repairing the unit for over $5000 ( a big company told me that my heat exchanger was bad, wheel and motor were bad, because of these defects, it was dangerous to turn on the unit, so I have to either replace the parts for over $5000 or replace the unit for over $6000, what a huge difference!). Anyway, thank you Tim! we really appreciate what you have done for us.

Highly recommend Tim Lawson- within an hour of contacting him the problem was fixed. Our prior servicing company diagnosed a bad circuit board and quoted $1300 (or a $3500 replacement unit). Tim was here to give a quote for a new furnace, but rather he actually fixed it within 5 minutes- saving us thousands. Tim earned a lifelong customer with his honesty and experience.
